Cancellations
We have reserved your appointment time, therefore we request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointments. Changes made within 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 50%.

Our Spa environment is not appropriate or safe for children. We thank you for understanding.

All treatment packages & gift card purchases are final sale. Purchases within 14 days may be exchanged for a service of equal amount or refunded in the form of a gift card.
If you wish to alter your service, a gift card will be attached to your account in the amount of the purchase and you may transfer your service.
Return Policy – Change of address (no longer local)
If you move and cannot use our services, upon receipt of proof of new address, we will transfer any remaining amount of credit or gift card to the buyer of your choice. We do not facilitate the sale to the buyer, but honor any sale prices purchased by the original owner.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, personal cheques , etransfer and cash. $25 charge on all NSF cheques.

Consultations
All consultations are complimentary with the exception of sclerotherapy. Referrals not necessary.

As our guests are here to escape, we kindly ask that you please turn off cell phones and pagers.
